Spacious rooms and great location
I spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and I appreciated the spacious rooms and great location close to tourist attractions. I also loved the large pool and the yummy breakfast options.
I was disappointed with the poor customer service, as the staff seemed uninterested in tourists and lacked basic customer service skills. Also, I was let down by the limited breakfast options and the fact that there was no buffet available, only pastries and simple dishes. my experience at this hotel was not the best and I would not recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. They even lent me some cash when the ATM next door was out of money. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the old quarter, but still right at the city center, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, with a really nice bathroom and hot shower area. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the big swimming pool. And the breakfast was delicious!
Almost perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the city center and situated in a quiet area. Even though it wasn't in the greatest location, getting taxis was easy, so it wasn't a problem for us to get to the center of the old quarter. The staff provided excellent service and were extremely helpful.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the spacious and comfortable room along with nice swimming pool made us feel relaxed. the hotel's location was very convenient with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the shower pressure and temperature in the bathroom was fantastic, and the wifi worked great. the hotel's gym had basic equipments that we could use. the restaurant and lounge area was also a plus.
The pool water was a bit cold, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

The pool was nice for swimming and relaxing. There was a big bath to soak in which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. the breakfast had a good selection of Western and Asian dishes available, and the hotel was in a good location, not too far from everything.
The noisy neighbors and lack of soundproofing made it hard to get any sleep. the service was also quite disappointing, with slow restaurant response times and unhelpful staff.
